Customer satisfaction still on high level!

Customer satistfaction in 2009 again was very high. ARKU received good ratings for all eight criteria measured in the survey. Where 1 corresponds to “very good” and 5 to “very bad", commissionings and service assignments were rated overall again with 1.6. Especially friendliness, qualification of staff and realization on schedule were rated very positively.

ARKU knows about the importance of customer satisfaction. Although average values are indicators for reality, only the individual case reveals mistakes and thereby shows potential for improvement. At ARKU, every operation is reviewed to improve prospective actions. Therefore, feedback of customers is very precious to improvement.
